LDC 6.13.6 A(3), C(3) - Stormwater quality criteria
CODE states A (3) The following systems shall be considered as meeting the County's stormwater quality criteria:(a) Systems that demonstrate numerically the post-development stormwater quality is equal to or better than the pre-development stormwater quality using methodology approved by the County Engineer or his designee.
