DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
The purpose of this amendment is to formerly close out five (5) Infrastructure Surtax Transportation projects, and re-appropriate the cumulative available funds of $1,077,511, as follows:
1. Close CR 484 Capacity Project STC073864 with a realized savings of $690,827. This project is complete.
2. Close SW 49th Avenue South Segment E Capacity Project STC073806 with a realized saving of $239,242. This project is complete.
3. Close SW 49th/40th Avenue PH3 Capacity Project STC073808 with a realized savings of $147,442. This project is complete.
4. Close SW 38th Avenue resurfacing project STC073863 with $0 savings. This project is complete.
5. Close NW 80th/70th Avenue capacity project STC073866 with $0 savings. The funding on this project was previously amended per Agenda Item 5.5.2 on April 6, 2021.
Lastly, the available $1,077,511 should be programmed to NW 49th/35th Street PH2B STC073801 - CIP TRANSP-NEWINF CNS-738.
