DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
Project UTC000144 was initially set up with funds for a design phase for replacing toilets through a matching grant with Southwest Florida Water Management District (SWFWMD). The design phase of this project was not needed. These funds are being transferred from the design portion of the CIP to the rehabilitation portion. These funds will be better utilized to replace toilets to meet the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) targets. This is a one-time request.
