DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
On behalf of Facilities Management, Procurement solicited bids from qualified and experienced contractors to provide annual inspections, maintenance, and repair services for bay doors at Marion County facilities. Two (2) responsive bids were received, and the tabulation is provided below:

Two (2) non-responsive submittals were also received. Facilities staff recommend D.H. Pace Company, Inc receive the award as the lowest, most responsive, and most responsible bidder.
Attached for review is a contract draft. Upon approval at today’s meeting, it will be sent to the Firm for signatures. Once returned, it will be forwarded to Legal, the Clerk, and Chairman for execution.

Neutral; estimated annual expenditure of $94,944.37.

AA180519-546101-180RAMP26-FAC GENERAL = $10,634.37
EF300522-546101 - $75,000 (Fire Rescue and EMS Fund).
