DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:

This is a request seeking approval of an Indemnification Agreement and Subdivision Improvement Agreement associated with Land Development Code Section 2.18.4.E, which allows for up to 55 individual building permits, representing 50% of the density on a per lot basis for the development. The six conditions outlined in the proposed Indemnification Agreement have been met and the County Attorney’s office has approved the proposed agreement for Calesa Chestnut Grove Phase 1 subdivision.

 

This subdivision is in southwest Marion County and contains 110 lots and 11 tracts on 72.27 acres with 2.48 miles of road.
