DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
The Land Development Code (LDC) states new development in the Urban or Rural area shall connect to a centralized water system with available capacity if a water line is within a connection distance of 400 feet times the total number of equivalent residential connections (ERCs).
The Owner/Applicant, Antar Unique Multi Service, LLC, requests a waiver indicating that a water service connection to the City of Belleview is cost prohibitive.
The subject property is located in the southeast portion of the County on approximately .23 acres.
This waiver request was denied by the Development Review Committee (DRC) on July 29, 2024.
