DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
One of the items being purchased as part of the State Homeland Security Grant (SHSG) is a rescue camera. The Tech Rescue Team is in need of two (2) cameras and there are funds in Operating Supplies from reduced costs of other SHSG items that can be transferred to the Machinery and Equipment line item to cover the cost of the cameras and still be within the operating confines of the SHSG budget.
