DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:

Michael Solari., on behalf of Solarium Properties, LLC., has filed an application to rezone a 20.9-acre parcel on the east side of S US Hwy 441, from expired Planned Unit Development (PUD) to Regional Business (B-4) for all permitted uses, pursuant to the provisions of Land Development Code (LDC) Division 2.7 - Zoning and LDC Section 4.2.20. The subject property is situated inside the Urban Growth Boundary (UGB) as well as the County's Primary Springs Protection Overlay Zone (P-SPOZ).
