Bakan Homes c/o Reinaldo Rebollo, Sr, on behalf of Java Homes Investment, LLC, has submitted a rezoning application for a ±0.23-acre property located at 15460 SW 41st Street Rd, Ocala, Florida. The request seeks to rezone the property from Regional Business (B-4) to Rural Residential (RR-1) to facilitate the Construction of a single-family home.

The property is outside the Urban Growth Boundary (UGB) and outside the Farmland Preservation Area (FPA) and lies in the Primary Springs Protection Overlay Zone (PSPOZ).
