DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:

Tillman & Associates, LLC., on behalf of property owners, Midway 65 LLC., has filed an application to rezone a 110.14-acre parcel north of Southeast Maricamp Road and east of Baseline Road, from Single-Family Dwelling (R-1) to Planned Unit Development (PUD), pursuant to the provisions of Land Development Code (LDC) Division 2.7 - Zoning and LDC Section 4.2.31. The subject property is situated inside the County's Primary Springs Protection Overlay Zone (PSPOZ) with a portion of the property also being located within the Environmentally Sensitive Overlay Zone (ESOZ).  The proposed PUD includes a maximum of up to 329 detached single-family dwellings.
