DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
Available funds in expense accounts in Fund 3023 do not match the actual amount carried forward from the previous fiscal year. This adjustment increases the Balance Forward budget to match actuals, and in turn increases the available money in expense accounts. Additionally, the two affected expense accounts, Land and Improvements, are being adjusted to match project funding levels. Per Budget Department direction, Balances Forward will be increased by $91,027, Land will be decreased by $54,006, and Improvements will be increased by $145,033.

Decrease Public Improvement Transportation Capital Projects Fund allocation by $91,027.

Recommended action
Approve attached Budget Amendment Resolution and amend the CIP.
