The property is located on SE Lake Weir Avenue and is within the general vicinity of other properties with a residential office use. The property was granted a SUP in 1987 for a professional office, is residential zoning, but this SUP expired when the property was sold. The property has a Commercial (COM) land use, which is compatible with the R-O zoning classification. The site is located inside of the Urban Growth Boundary (UGB) and inside the Primary Springs Protection Zone.
