DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
This request is to approve the Second Amendment and Assignment Agreement between Marion County, Liquidation Results, Inc. (Assignor), and Aero Flying Services, LLC (Assignee), associated with the Marion County X35 Airport. Liquidation Results, Inc. will cease operations due to the sale of the company and, as of July 31, 2025, will have no further responsibility under the lease. The lease will be assigned to Aero Flying Services, LLC for the remainder of its existing term, which expires on April 30, 2028 with an automatic extension until at least April 30, 2038.
