DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
The Marion County Parks & Recreation Department is requesting additional funding for the Heagy Burry Boat Ramp Improvement Project to cover engineering services beyond the original scope of work. Unforeseen site conditions required additional construction phase support from Kimley Horn, including coordination with the surety bonding company, completion of punch list items, and project closeout activities. These services were not included in the original agreement.
