DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
Juan Giron, on behalf of Gironj, L.L.C, has applied to rezone a 0.48-acre property in Anthony, FL, from Single-Family Dwelling (R-1) to Community Business (B-2), pursuant to the provisions of Land Development Code (LDC) Division 2.7 - Zoning and LDC Section 4.2. The subject property has a Commercial (COM) land use designation and is situated outside the Urban Growth Boundary (UGB) and in the County's Primary Springs Protection Overlay Zone (PSPOZ). The rezoning request is related to Major Site Plan (AR 32920) for an expansion to an existing metal fabrication and welding shop to the north of the subject property, on PID 14221-000-00.
