DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
This is a request for approval of a Resolution by Petitioner, Sandy Clay, LLC, to vacate a portion of Lots 1, 2, and 4 (Parcel Number 37896+000-01) in the Danbury Plat, as recorded in Plat Book “A”, Page 3. The Board of County Commissioners approved an Agreement, Resolution, and Notice on April 2, 2024, related to a parcel exchange with Sandy Clay, LLC involving Parcel 37896+000-01; this plat vacation request is a separate action to facilitate redevelopment and replatting of the property.
The Development Review Committee (DRC) considered this request on October 20, 2025, and it was the Committee’s recommendation that the petition be granted.
