DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
The Marion County Board of County Commissioners currently leases, on behalf of the Marion County Tax Collector, 5 units located in Jasmine Square at 6154 SE SR 200, Ocala, FL. The lease consists of Units 6152, 6154, 6156A, 6156B, and 6156C totaling 4,500 square feet. The last (Sixth) Addendum to the lease in March 2020 set the total rental at $4,993.13 / month for the above described space. This Seventh Addendum (attached) modifies the business lease to increase the total rental for that space to $5,195.91 / month, or a monthly increase of $202.78.
