DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
The County is entering into an agreement with Ballard Partners, Inc. to advocate on the County's behalf to the State legislature regarding Basin Management Action Plan (BMAP) standards and requirements. The fees for the firm will be split between the Utilities department and the Stormwater program. This adjustment of $27,000, will be transferred to Professional Services from the Reserve for Contingencies and adds the necessary funding for FY 2025-26.
