DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
This is a request to approve a Purchase Agreement in the amount of $204,000 plus closing costs for parcel 2430-002-001 associated with the NE 35th Street Phase 2 Road Improvement Project (NE Jacksonville Road to NE 25th Avenue). This is an improved parcel approximately .26 acres in size.
The negotiated agreement is inclusive of any and all cost associated with this transaction. There are cost savings recognized in this negotiation by avoiding additional costs that occur during condemnation proceedings.

Neutral; expenditure of $204,000 plus closing costs (Fund TIP70100A-TIP ROADS EXPANS ROW-711- GA771541-561301)
