DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
The SHIP Program received an additional $79,775 that must be recognized in the budget. Due to an increase in application volume, a transfer of $258,287 between accounts is also needed to cover upcoming project closings. Board approval is requested for the budget amendment to recognize the additional funding and authorize the account transfers.

Increase Local Housing Assistance Trust Fund appropriation by $79,775.
