DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:

Applicant, Menadier Engineering, LLC. on behalf of property owner, YPSG Inc., has filed a special use permit application for a warehouse (one existing and one proposed) in Community Business (B-2) zoning classification on a 0.56-acre property on the south side of E. Hwy 25, pursuant to the provisions of Land Development Code (LDC) Division 2.8 - Special Use Permit, and LDC Section 4.2.18 The subject property is situated outside the Urban Growth Boundary (UGB) and in the County's Secondary Springs Protection Overlay Zone (SSPOZ) and Environmentally Sensitive Overlay Zone (ESOZ).
