DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
Staff will present the attached proposed language to the Land Development Code (LDC) Section 4.3.6 Manufactured Home, Park Trailer, and Recreational Vehicle Regulations. The proposed LDC amendments were reviewed by the Board of County Commissioners (BCC) in a public hearing held on August 26, 2026. Following their review, the BCC motioned to move this item forward to the second and final BCC public hearing for consideration.
