DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
On behalf of Marion County Fire Rescue (MCFR) Procurement issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) for qualified, licensed, and insured suppliers to provide Liquefied Petroleum Gas including tank installation, monitoring, delivery, and maintenance services, for fire stations located throughout Marion County, Florida.
Two submittals were received and evaluated by a selection committee consisting of Joseph Rinaudo - MCFR, Nicole Raczkowski - Facilities Management, and Clint Foley - Fleet Services. Final rankings are as follows:

The selection committee recommends award to Blossman Gas of Louisiana Inc. Attached for review is a draft of the contract. Upon approval at today’s meeting, the contract will be sent to the vendor for signature and upon return, will be forwarded to Legal, the Clerk, and Chairman for signatures.
BUDGET/IMPACT:
Neutral; estimated annual expenditure of $50,000. Actual cost will be based on usage.
