DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:

Property owner, Deborah Mintz, has filed an application to rezone a 4.16-acre portion of a 6.69-acre parcel from Rural Industrial (R-I) to General Agriculture (A-1), pursuant to the provisions of Land Development Code (LDC) Division 2.7 - Zoning and LDC Section 4.2.3. The subject property is situated inside the Farmland Preservation Area (FPA) as well as the County's Secondary Springs Protection Overlay Zone (SSPOZ). The intent of the rezoning is to place a mobile home on the A-1 portion of the parcel being rezoned.
