This budget transfer reallocates $11,000 from Regular Salaries to Contract Services - Staff Leasing to fund a temporary position for the vacant Extension Program Assistant role. Due to ongoing staffing shortages, this has become a recurring need. The temporary employee will provide essential operational support and maintain continuity of services until the position is filled, with the assignment anticipated to continue through mid-December.
