DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
Generators for the water plants were ordered during FY 2024-25, with Fleet initially indicating an expected delivery in September. However, due to supply chain delays, the generators were not received before the end of FY 2024-25. As a result, the funds were not carried forward, and a new purchase order must be issued in FY 2025-26. Sufficient funds are available in Cash Balances Forward as a result of the generators not being received in the prior fiscal year.
BUDGET/IMPACT:
Increase Marion County Utility Fund appropriation by $317,865.
