APPLICANT requests a waiver as the demolition of two existing building and the construction of one new building in their place. While the project results in a increase of impervious surface beyond the allowable amount, the proposed development brings zoning and land use regulations up to code and there is no significant impact to site drainage, traffic or infrastructure.
