DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
Tourist Development has worked over the last several months to secure a vendor for an online store that will offer visitors the opportunity to purchase destination branded items. The service agreement for this project was originally budgeted as Promotional Activities. After the budget was approved, Tourist Development successfully negotiated and entered a contract with a service provider. After review by the Finance Department during the contract process, it was determined that due to the nature of this service, the budget should be adjusted to fund the service from Computer Software in the amount of $16,220. Funds are available in Promotional Activities.
