DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
Staff will present the attached proposed language to the Land Development Code (LDC) Section 4.3.6 Manufactured Home, Park Trailer, and Recreational Vehicle Regulations. The proposed LDC amendments were considered by the Land Development Regulation Commission (LDRC) in a public hearing held on August 5, 2026. Following their review, the LDRC recommended approval to the Board of County Commissioners for consideration.

Take public comment, provide direction to staff, and confirm the second public hearing date of September 14, 2026, at 5:30 p.m. in the McPherson Governmental Campus Auditorium.
