DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
This item requests approval of a Resolution authorizing the conveyance of County-owned property to the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT). The Deed relates to a partial take of Tax Parcels 13539-002-00 and 13689-002-00 associated with the I-75/NW 49th Street Diverging Diamond Interchange (DDI) Project.
The Purchase Agreement, Addendum to Purchase Agreement, and Deed were previously approved by the Board of County Commissioners on October 21, 2025. The Resolution approving the Request for Deed was not included in that action; therefore, this trailing document must now be approved to complete the transaction and allow closing to occur.
BUDGET/IMPACT:
Revenue of $6,471,700 (AA000364-364022).
