DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
The item(s) below have been received by Procurement Services and are approved for conformance with the Procurement Code/Manual, pending approval at today’s meeting.
1. Pending Requisition/Insight Public Sector, Inc. - Marion County Information Technology (MCIT) requests approval to renew LastPass Business Software. Annual renewal coverage term September 20, 2026, through September 19, 2027. LastPass is an enterprise password management solution used by County employees to securely store and retrieve passwords for programs and websites used in conjunction with official County business. Total expenditure of $57,100; funds are available in line AA174516-552106 (Computer Software). This purchase meets the competitive bidding requirements under Omnia Partners (Cobb County) IT Products and Services Contract #23-6692-03.
2. Pending Requisition/Mid Florida Diesel, Inc. - Marion County Utilities requests approval to purchase five (5) Blue Star Generators with trailer. One (1) VD100-04FT4MP-(100KW) in the amount of $123,015, one (1) VD200-04FT4MP - (200KW) in the amount of $127,603, and three (3) VD125-04FT4MP- (125KW) in the amount of $180,317 each. Total expenditure of $686,141. Funds are available in line ZF442533-564101 (Marion County Utility Fund). This purchase meets the competitive bidding process requirements under FSA-23-EQU 21.1
