DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:

Klein & Klein, PLLC, on behalf of the owner Partners Self Storage, LLC, has applied for a Special Use Permit for outdoor storage of vehicles on a ±11-acre site with Commercial Future Land Use and B-2 zoning. The Parcel Identification Numbers associated with the property are 39169-000-00 and 39169-003-00, which are legally described in metes and bounds. The site’s address is 7655 E Hwy 25, Belleview, FL 344620. The site is located within the Urban Growth Boundary, the Countywide Secondary Springs Protection Zone, and the City of Belleview’s Utility Service Area.

 

The Conceptual Site Plan submitted with the application proposes 92 outdoor storage parking spaces internal to the site. The Conceptual Site Plan also proposes a one-story office building, pull-up mini storage units, and air-conditioned storage units, as permitted by right in B-2 zoning, along with proposed buffers, parking, and drainage retention areas on site.
