DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
This is a request to approve a Purchase Agreement in the amount of $320,000 plus closing costs for Parcel 3505-010-064 associated with the SW 49th Avenue North (Marion Oaks Trail to SW 95th Street) Road Improvement Project. This is an improved lot of approximately .35 acres. The 1,553 square foot single family residence, constructed in 2022, consists of three (3) bedrooms, two (2) bathrooms, and a 434 square foot two (2) car garage.

Neutral; Expenditure of $320,000 plus closing costs (Fund STC073814- CIP TRANS EXPANS ROW - 738 VJ738541-561301)
