The subject parcel lies within the Primary Springs Protection Zone and the Urban Growth Boundary. The applicant is requesting a Special Use Permit to allow for the operation of a commercial plant nursery in a residentially zoned property.
The following items are some of the conditions to note that the applicant will be required to adhere to if approved:
• All parcels to be aggregated;
• The west fence line area is elevated an additional three feet with a retaining wall;
• Modified west buffer will be augmented with a rotating stock of large trees;
• Modified buffers are recommended on all three sides.
