DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
Hunden Partners will conduct additional one on one meetings which were not in the previous scope. The additional meetings will consist of an in-person visit for BCC one on ones in August and additional virtual meetings for the TDC in August, September and October at a cost of $7,400 and an in-person visit for the BCC/TDC Joint Workshop and TDC meeting in November at a cost of $5,000 (which was identified in 23P-105 as an optional additional cost) totaling $12,400.00. Funds will be moved from account Printing and Binding to Professional Services to cover these changes in scope. Funds were not expended for printing of additional Ocala/Marion County Vacation Guides this year. Change Order 2 for the Hunden Firm will be presented at the same August 20th, 2024 BCC meeting as this BAR. This is a one- time occurrence for this fiscal year.
