Highway 40, Ocala FL 34481, requests a Zoning Change, Articles 2 and 4 of the Marion County Land Development Code, from A-1 and B-2 (General Agriculture and Community Business) to RAC (Rural Activity Center) and RAC to A-1, for all permitted uses (reconfiguration of existing RAC with 1.5 acre increase), on an approximate 18.53 portion of a 540.13 acre parcel, on parcel account number 21317-000-01. (With 21-L03)
