DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:

Luis Betances., applicant for the property owner, Tigo Investment Group, LLC, has applied for a special use permit for a food truck park in Community Business (B-2) zoning classification. The subject property is located on West Highway 484, just east of Marion Oaks, within the Secondary Springs Protection Overlay Zone (SPOZ). Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval with staff’s recommended conditions on the Consent Agenda at the July 29, 2024, hearing.
