DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:

Mastroserio Engineering, Inc., on behalf of the property owner, Linda Capozzoli, has filed an application for a Small-Scale Comprehensive Plan Map Amendment to change the subject property’s future land use designation from Low Residential (LR) to Medium Residential (MR). The subject property is located approximately 0.6 miles west from the intersection of SR 200 and SW 80th St. This request is made pursuant to the provisions of Land Development Code (LDC) Division 2.3 - Comprehensive Plan Amendment. The subject property is situated inside the Urban Growth Boundary and is located within the County's Secondary Springs Protection Overlay Zone.
