DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
This is a request to approve a Purchase Agreement in the amount of $152,872.76 plus closing costs for a portion of parcel 12844-000-01 neighboring Newton Landfill (adjacent parcel 12841-001-00). This is a fee simple acquisition of approximately 5.46 acres to cure historical encroachments onto the neighboring property.

Neutral; expenditure of $152,872.76, plus closings costs (Fund ZA423534-561101).
