DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
Attached Developer’s Agreement for Crossroads Commerce Park - South Concerning SW 57th Extension is made and entered between Marion County and 484 Road Runner Resources, LLC., and Coyote Crossing Holdings, LLC. This Agreement is for the design, construction, and right-of-way dedication for the extension of SW 57th Avenue Road. This short extension will tie into the east-west roadway that will connect to SW 49th Court Road. This Developers Agreement is consistent with the Master Development Agreement executed on December 17, 2019.
