DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
Throughout the past few years, there has been a series of workshops with the board to discuss the needs related to parks infrastructure as well as strategies for how to fund the necessary improvements. Bond funding was recommended to address maintenance projects and the need for regional parks in the higher growth areas of Marion County.
This workshop is to discuss the potential referendum language, project prioritization and implementation strategy.
