DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
The low bid for STC073882 - SE Sunset Harbor Rd Infrastructure Surtax Rehabilitation project came in at $1,893,893.93. The current budget is $1,888,666. In order to facilitate the overage as well as 10% contingency and testing, it requires an increase in the construction budget. Transfer $235,000 from Reserve for Future Capital Outlay to fund the necessary increase.
