Pursuant to §197.323, Florida Statues, this agenda item seeks Board approval for the tax roll to be extended prior to the completion of the 2026 Value Adjustment Board proceedings, which ensures the tax roll can be certified to the Tax Collector without delay in the issuance of tax notices beyond November 1.
