DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
We are requesting a one-time transfer of funds from our Risk and Benefits Operating Supplies to our Insurance Professional Services account. This adjustment is necessary due to an unplanned payment for a risk actuarial analysis report, which was not accounted for in the original budget. The funds are available in the Risk and Benefits Operating Supplies because overall spending on equipment, such as decibel readers, has been lower than anticipated. Additionally, vehicle registration was renewed last year, eliminating that expense from this year’s operating supplies budget.
