DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
Due to the increased cost in software licensing for library patron computers and the change in accounting for e-books, the Library is requesting to move available funds from Utilities to Computer Software. This will be a one-time transfer.
The Library also requests the transfer of funds from Computer Hardware to Operating Supplies for the purchase of new audiovisual equipment in HQ-Ocala Public Library public meeting rooms and the technology training lab. This is also a one-time transfer.
