DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
The Tourist Development Department has been working with Tourism Exchange USA for the past year and a half to offer domestic and international exposure to our Marion County Tourism Business Partners through a free service provided by the vendor. The Visitors and Convention Bureau decided to partner with the vendor to offer additional resources through their computer software subscription to our tourism partners which will allow for targeted campaigns, increased visibility and expansive partnerships. The first year of the subscription will cost a total of $25,000 inclusive of a $1,000 one-time fee. Funds are available in Promotional Items to be transferred to Computer Software.
