DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
This adjustment shifts $1,525,330 from ROW to Design within TIP075110 - SW 38th/40th St Widening. On April 1, 2025 the BCC approved the second amendment of contract 22Q-152 for Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc., which set the design cost for this project at $2,042,530. Purchase order 2501316 in the amount of $517,200.50 was created, as that was the amount available in the project at the time, with the intention of increasing the PO to the full contract amount when more funds were necessary. This adjustment will allow for a change order to increase the PO to the full contract amount. The funds will be transferred from the ROW portion of this project and may be replaced in the future should the need arise.
