DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
1. Pending Requisition/ Cumberland International Trucks LLC - Marion County Fire Rescue requests approval to purchase six (6) 2026 International CV 4x4 in the amount of $104,655 each. Total expenditure of $627,930. Funds are available in line VJ733526-564101 with Project Code STC0733VE. This purchase meets the competitive bidding process requirements under FSA25-VEH23.
2. Pending Requisition/Access Wireless Data Solutions, LLC - Marion County Sheriff’s Office requests approval to purchase Cradlepoint equipment from Access Wireless Data Solutions for new Marion County Sheriff Office vehicles. Equipment includes antenna components, associated connection cables, and in vehicle networking equipment with a three (3) year advanced service subscription. Total expenditure of $56,545.55. Funds are available using One Cent Sales Tax with Project Codes STC0736VE ($18,240.50) and STC0737VE ($38,305.05). This purchase meets the competitive bidding requirements, as three (3) quotes were obtained and evaluated in accordance with applicable procurement procedures.
