DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
A budget amendment is necessary to redirect prior year receipts from Rainbow Lakes Estates (RLE) Recreation to RLE General Government. The electric cooperative payments were incorrectly coded to the RLE Recreation cost center in the Tyler Cashiering System and should have been recorded in the RLE General Government cost center. This budget transfer will correct the coding error and transfer the funds to the appropriate cost center.
This is a non-recurring issue and does not require any future budget adjustments.
BUDGET/IMPACT:
Increase Rainbow Lakes Estates Municipal Services District Fund appropriation by $24,263.
