APPLICANT - The applicant requests to allow a temporary modification of the buffer width that was shown on the approved site plan along the western boundary of Southern Oaks RV Park (permitted in 2003), to allow for encroachments within the 25'-width until such time that those structures are removed. The approved buffer is 25'-wide and includes a 6'-high wood privacy fence within 1' of the property line (see previously approved plans). A 6'-high fence with privacy opacity similar to that of an approved "wood privacy fence" or better visual screening will be re-installed along the length of the buffer as it was approved.
